TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT refer to your stylist's booking method.

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment.

You must give 48 hours notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, your credit card will be charged the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. 

Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.

NO CHILDREN/ANIMALS
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, children and animals are not permitted at the salon. In the event that you bring a child/animal to the appointment I will have to reschedule you for a different day and a cancellation fee may apply.

NO REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds of any kind

If you are not happy with your results, please call or text directly. I will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your hair appointment.

*This courtesy is not to be confused with "changing your mind" or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, I will do all that I can to fix any error in quality.

TARDINESS
If you are running late to your appointment, please text ahead to let me know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply.

CANCELLATIONS
Your appointments are very important & your time is valued. Appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 48 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. I may choose to take a deposit to secure future appointments. If this is a recurring issue, I may refuse to provide you with future services. 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS
If you do not contact me to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.

In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation /rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. Same day cancellations and NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. 

CONFIRMATION TEXT
As a courtesy, 48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply "C" to. However, if you do not confirm and I am unable to reach you to confirm that appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and a fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

**IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. 

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MYSELF OR EUNOIA SALON.
